Hi folks,
I am new to this engraving stuffs and just bought a machine from China. After assembled it and everything, I tried to engrave a 20 mm x 24 mm clipart, but the result was a 20 mm x 9 mm. I asked the factory about it, but they're not helping a lot. So accordingly, any of you guys know how to calibrate it? Many thx.
