Can anyone suggest a place to get custom length band saw blades? I am looking for something about 1 inch wide with 3/4 or 7/8 tooth spacing and about .040 thick. It is for a small sawmill I am setting up.

Thanks, they have good prices and quite a few options as well as allowing me to order one blade at a time until I find what works the best.

bandsawbladesdirect.com - really competitive prices, everything made to order and unbeatable customer service. When I mis-ordered the length they were kind enough to take them back and only charged me the difference in material costs between what I ordered and what i should have ordered plus a small weld fee.

I have one more question. When you have a blade made to a certain length do they make it exactly that length or that length to the nearest full tooth so they are equally spaced at the weld?
