Gonna run a 38" x 38" Lilly Medalion that Micheal Mezalic www.carveddetails.com (http://www.carveddetails.com/) modeled for me. this wil be an Install at a church In Augusta and I hope we see pics after it is in

file should run a good bit of today

Material is 3.75" thick

I left before they were finished machining, I can tell the file is going to look great, Thanks Mike !! look forward to your presentation at the Camp in May, James Booth has you on the Main agenda !!

Mike came to my shop after having tested the water with a small cnc which like many of us can only provoke what will come,, he put a lot of trust in me when he purchased his larger machine. I have always respected that and it has paid off well for both of Us

That looks like it is going to turn out really nice. I would be interested in your finishing schedule if you care to share it.

I was noticing all the dust piled up on the work piece. I guess there is just no good way to control dust with such a project.

ON big deep carves the depth is usually as deep as the brushes on the dust boot, so a good bit of the file goes uncollected, second you have to account for bit collet depth along with collet width clearance.

at the end ot the day best just to blow it on deck and sweep it up
