I'm somewhat of a Siegley collector and I was wondering if anyone had come across this before?
It's a Siegley 2# Adjustable in a box with 14 hollows and 11 rounds, along with complex cutters.
There are 82 blades in all.

The blades appear to be handmade.
The plane itself is referred to as a 2# type 5 from around 1884.
Each of the hollows and rounds are in two parts, their screwed onto the main skate through two holes.

I'd really like to find out some information about it if I can.

Thanks.
Trevor.

My guess is a previous owner may have made the wood soles and blades to match.

The plane looks backwards to me. Looking at image on line, that is just the way it sets up.

I would guess that it is a set modified and adapted by a patternmaker. There are lots of patternmakers who had similar looking tools.
