Corel X5 hairline issue

Hi
Need some help from the guru's. Whenever i do a hairline outside cut using Corel X5 on an Epilog Legend 32EX the laser only fires on 3 lines.It moves down the cut line but wont do the job.Any help would be great

Can you give us some more details? Is this a new install? Are you using colors?
