I just did a post like this on IAP Forum so I thought I better do one here also. I did find out about the Harrison Specialty carbide tools on this Forum. I like them better than my smaller Easy Wood carbide tools because the Harrison tools are made from HSS rather than aluminum. The handles are from some walnut scrap that a friend gave me and I turned them on my Jet mini lathe. I was barely able to get them at the lengths they are because of the tight fit. I had to do the tang holes on my drill press. The ferrules are from CSUSA. The metal handle is on Harrison's pen tool and the black handle is from Harrison. It's way too long for the small projects that I do and I didn't like having to change the handle every time I changed the tool.
