medical id bracelet supplier???

Have a customer looking for a med. id bracelet. anyone know of a good source for laser engravable blanks? I dont want the stainless steel as i have not worked with cermark. Anodized aluminum or other material preferred.
Or does anyone have ideas on what to use to make one?
