Hi All,
Can anybody out there advise me as to how to seal pine windows ?
We're replacing the windows with pine on the inside & need to seal them - then apply stain to match the dark woodwork.
What do I use for this process? Waited for the last minute, so I need to know asap. Your expertise is greatly appreciated. Please help!!!
Thanks,
John

A good sealer would be SealCoat, made by Zinsser (the shellac company). It is a 2# cut of dewaxed shellac. It can be topcoated with anything.
