Chased Box - Blackwood and Lignum Vitae

Box with chased threads. Lid is Burmese Blackwood with a Paua Shell inlay. Body is Lignum Vitae. Around 3" (7 cm) tall. Not happy with the design, but this is my first successful piece with chased threads. It was a fun experiment, I have to experiment some more to make the threaded elements less of an interference.
