I could not log in to my McFeely's account a few days ago, so I emailed their customer service to find out what the problem was. After waiting two days to hear back, the response was that the company has moved and changed ownership as of January 1st, and that accounts on the old website would not be transferred. My email is current, I would have expected them to notify me about this in advance. Seems like a pretty shoddy transition for a company that I had previously had good dealings with.

Trying to search their website for screws, I now get "no results found" when I enter a screw type that I know they carry, spelled by the exact name of the screw. The same screw can be found on their site using google site search, so it looks like their search engine isn't working correctly either.

Not very impressive, I guess I'll be shopping elsewhere for my fasteners now.
