All the libraries around here have gotten rid of them. There must be some surplus ones for sale, and some are modular,so I think you find the right size.

281761281762281763 I found this in a used bookstore. Seems to be mixed and matched parts. It is 33" wide. The top two drawer tall section is 9 1/4" tall. the pull out shelf section is 1 3/4" tall and the bottom three drawer section is 13" tall. I forgot to measure the depth but I think 18" +/-. The case and dividers are all 3/4" material. The drawers are molded plastic with 1/4" sides. Each applied drawer front is 5 5/8" x 3 3/4". The drawers slide on cleats mounted in the case. The drawers are sized to hold 3x5 index cards. Hope this gives you some ideas to get going.

I was watching the tv show "The Big Bang Theory" last night and they have a card catalog in their apartment. I have watched the show for years and never noticed it before. It is on short legs to raise it off of the floor but not high enough to be really useful. Anyway, another reference to look at.
