I don't have any type of dovetail jig and I'm not interested in doing them by hand. Saw a Leigh D4 advertised today for $175. After all I've read about them I assume that's a decent enough price? Anyway, if I call on it, are there any specific questions I should ask about it? Supposedly comes with bits, accessories, etc. Thanks. Greg

If it is in good shape that seems like a fair price. Make sure the fingers haven't been chewed up by router bits as they are critical to function and very expensive to replace. Also make sure it is a D4 and not the older model which is very expensive to upgrade. There isn't much to go wrong with them but parts are expensive. Also see if the DVD and manual are present. This isn't the easiest tool in the world to set up properly but the DVD and manual are as good as it gets.

I'd consider that a bargain for the older model too.
