Laptop not seeing Epilog Mini 24

Hello everyone,

I recently moved my laser to a new room and hooked it up to my laptop (Win XP) and for some reason, the laptop is not seeing the Laser. I'm using USB and when I turned the laser on, the laptop did not see it. So I went through and manually added the laser as a printer and installed the drivers.

When I'm in Corel, I can open the laser printing preferences and set all of the laser settings. But when I press print, it tries to send it to the laser and it never gets there. I see it errored out in the printer queue.

Any ideas or thoughts on what it might be?

I would start with the USB cable or plugs as first step.

make sure you follow all the steps listed in the attached pdf.

Thanks Mark, I figured it out. I had my daughter plug the USB into the back of the laser because I could not see it. She put it into the network port :o. Thanks for the help though.
