Grizzley G0566 Bandsaw

Hi Everybody,

I am ready to get a giant bandsaw and the Grizzley G0566 21" bandsaw looks hard to beat. Maximum height cut is 14" and would be a good supplement to my 14" Ridgid bandsaw which has been a trooper. Anybody have any experience with this machine????

I"ve had mine all of about 4 weeks now and have only used it so far to cut pieces for my blast gates and to cut 6" S&D pipe. It is a very stout machine and heavy too. I had a little bit of fun getting this thing into my shop - I picked it up at the freight terminal and upon arriving home, realized that the top of it was about 5 inches higher than the top of my garage door. So I had to let most of the air out of my rear tires to back it in under my chain hoist. It comes with two eyebolts that are in with the instructions - these mount on top of the saw for lifting - wish I'd noticed this before I got it in place :rolleyes: Have fun - it's a beast!
