Serendipity

I would like to be able to make the claim that I carefully adjusted the blank to obtain the
symetrical grain pattern that compliments the form of this small covered bowl. However
that would be a little disengenuous because serendipity is the only possible explanation.
Any way my wife calls this view the front of the piece and I have to agree. Thanks for looking.
