Tornado took down my maple tree......

Haven't posted in a while......

These are several bowls which all came from a maple tree I lost to a small tornado which made its way through my neighborhood. I've also included a natural edge bowl from a neighbors downed bradford pear. I love the little bark "bridge" I was able to save on the pear bowl (not to mention the wonderful tiger stripe that seemed to go through most of the tree.)

Beautiful wood. Nice work on the bowls. That is an unnecessary but exciting way to get wood - a tornado. in the neighborhood.
