Clearly the dog should be wearing hearing protection if he's going to stand that close to power tools! There is a pretty convincing shadow beside each of the dogs lesson the saws table....if its photo shop its good. As good as an idiot freehand cutting lumber on a small saw with his pet inches from a spinning blade can be thought to be!

Dog is not wearing safety glasses.

Not necessary as the fan is blowing the dust away from the operator and companion - now hard hats maybe...

The guy has a cheap plastic screwdriver on his saw table, not an impressive $129.99 Leigh Valley maple & titanium model . (comes with matching wood display box and certificate of authenticity)

Matt Ellis

Ok all, apparently a composite picture. Guy is still not the sharpest tool in the shed ripping without his fence.

He obviously has little thought for safety for either himself or the dog. The dog looks so intent on the cutting that it is just waiting for the off cut so he can grab it. I can see a trip to the ER for him and his dog as the dog tries to snatch the piece of wood and he tries to stop the dog from getting it.

Free hand cutting a cupped board isn't the brightest thing I've ever seen done. The guy is standing directly in the kickback zone and will be singing soprano if that board catches as he hits the pieces of lumber sticking up in the back of the saw. You can clearly see the fence in the lower part of the photo it would only take a second to move the two tools on the table and set up the fence for a safe cut probably straighter than what he can do free hand.

I don't see a decal on that saw verifying that it has pawstop features.

The guy really should have his beer on the saw too so he doesn't do something dangerous when he needs a drink.

That composite is a bit of an eyecatcher.

I don't need to read this entire thread to know that someone needs to call animal rights on this man. Clearly, we need to jump to the conclusion that this very real photo shows someone needlessly endangering an animal. He probably uses the poor thing in dog fights too. I hate to imagine what he does to his wife and children. I could Just imagine this evil man pointing his loaded AR-15 at his infant daughter's head just to see his battered wife beg. What could the rest off this thread tell me that I can't see in the first post?

Uh, I am pretty sure this was an attempt at extreme sarcasm but it seems like no one else picked up on it. That is unless everyone else picked up on it and continued and then I didn't pick up on there's :D
