Or "Thank God For Johnson's Wax"

In the last 24 hours we have gone form 35° to 60° and 98% humility, when I went to the shop this morning everything in the shop was covered with a thin film of moisture, and I do mean anything that was not wood, table saw, band saw, case on the drum sander, router table top, even the collet on my router.

I get a good layer of Johnson's Wax on all my cast iron and it sure paid off today, just wiped the saws and router table off and turned on the heat and everything is fine, no rust at all.

I hate to think what it would be like if I didn't have the wax on it.

I guess the bottom line is keep that wax coming....

We are up to 35 today in Kansas, amazing the difference in temperature between here and Fort Worth. I have been using boeshield, and it is amazing the improvement in my machine tops. Of course, I had to clean them up first.

I stopped that problem in my shop, by keeping a ceiling fan on 24/7

Do you heat the shop, I don't, I only turn on the heaters when I am in the shop?

I only heat the shop when I am in it

stirring the air up seems to stop it from condensing all over my shop equipment

It works here in south dakota
