My shop is exceedingly small and I have no more room for a router table. My router table is that fiber board stuff, laminated top, about 3' x 3.'

I have been considering the feasibility of:

Adding a hinge to the far end of the table
Attaching the hinge to the side of the workbench. Perhaps using a piano hinge.
Swinging the table vertical when not in use, with the router tucked safe under the workbench.

If this is feasible? Functional?

If so, I am pondering how to set up the legs.

I have seen a frame for sale that is the legs of a shelf that folds against a wall when not in use.

I have been considering legs from an old folding table.

Whatever holds this up needs to be solid, level, and stowable, etc.

Thanks for any thoughts...

Thanks Dan. That was enough help for me to find it in Google in just a few seconds.

The design looks very slick.

IME, router tables need to come away from the wall too often. If your edge or pattern routing an inside curve, running long mouldings, or plowing dadoes across long material the wall and other things against that wall will become obstructions.

As of minute 5:00, he builds the foldable router table support. Lots of good ideas...
