Hello,

Thanks a lot to everybody for the help on my last thread.

I am now pleased to say that somehow (mainly thanks to help from dave) I have got my softdog working and it connects to the laser machine. I did download Lasercut from the chinese side of leetro's site also which seemed to have a positive affect.

However now I have reached some new problems. When I load laser cut it all works fine. I can move the head and test fire the laser.

I then create a simple shape, set it to cut on 100 power / 50% speed. Click download and go to download current and then something loads and I then press start on lasercut and it beeps on my machine saying dll version does not match firmware version and the same happens if i press start on the laser machine.

I ran a test and this is my results':

DLL Version: 4.1.2.2
Firmware Version: 4.3.0.5
hardware version 4.3.0.1

Does anybody know how I get a updated DLL Version to match the firmware and hardware. Also is it a problem that the firmware and hardware version do not match?

Thanks

Hiya Si,

Theres a difference between the dll of the driver and the firmware of the machine, lemme go have a look and see if I have the later dll version or if not I may be able to get hold of it :)

cheers
