Looking for under-cabinet hinges

I am looking for a source for under-cabinet hinges. The type of hinges used to mount under cabinet pull down spice racks or under cabinet knife racks. Any thoughts?

Yep. Like that. Although I don't think the knife racks I have seen were spring loaded.
