Dave,

At the link Greg provided (the word "here" in blue) you need to go to the file menu and select save, Command-S on my machine will also start the download and launch Adobe Reader.

It has been so long since my last trials and tribulations on a Windows machine that I do not recall if the save command is Control-S or something else.
