Birdhouses. I joined the fray!

Here are a few bird houses that I made this month for Christmas gifts.

From left to right: unknown wood from a friends yard. (Her father, who died a few years ago, loved the tree and loved bird houses. So, I gave it to her for a gift), cherry with maple roof, cherry with maple roof, pecan with walnut burl roof. All about 4-5" tall.

278559I too saw Leo's bird houses a while back & decided to make some for xmas. Made 15 altogether. The wife took one as a gift to a hen party. Another woman saw it & wanted one. She came over & bought three! Seven went to inlaws & outlaws on xmas eve & there are 3 left. It was great fun. One got left on the table & missed the pic!! Ron
