I just picked up a used JET jwbs 14cs bandsaw for $350. Thought it was a pretty good deal, knew it needed a little work, but while trying to align it found one of the table supports is broken. Is it possible to fix, or do I need to purchase a new piece? Sorry about the pix, they are appearing upside down and sideways and I don't know how to rotate them.

I would imagine some sort of repair could be done but, that casting material can be a bit odd. I would save some time and use a little of the money I saved going used and just buy a new trunnion part.

I'm with Glenn. For $16 you can be up and running.

I agree, for the money you would be best to just order a new one, it's cheaper then trying to get the broke one fixed.

Could you do me a huge favor and measure those trunnions. I have an old Jet JBS-18 with 2 broken trunnions and I am trying to find a replacement. If yours are the same size as mine I will be in luck. Let me know, you can pm me. Dave Quignon
