Nice work! The only thing I would change would be to use gold instead of silver for the top attachments. It would match the rest. The silver kind of drags attention away from the otherwise excellent design.

Nice work Charlie. Milk Paints are on my to do in the future lis,t so it is nice to see your examples. Thanks for posting them.

Charile , did you hollow out the center sections? The milk paint is pretty cool ! Christmas colors ...

yes, i hollowed out the center of the popular ,,,,,,
i use tools from Bob Rosand and Frank Penta's Chapel Hill woodturners
i attended NC Woodturning symposium, saw Kim Winkle rotation , she uses milk paint for foot stools and candlesticks, i have also seen Mark Gardner use milk paint with his hollow forms...Richmond 08....i still learning with it

Nice selection of ornaments Charlie. I am not a fan of milk paint......I like bolder colors than they give, but these are nice.
