Twin natural edge crotch

I thought i had posted the first crotch piece, but found out I hadn't. The one on the right was posted last week. She was suppose to give the left one to a lady friend, but said if I made a second one she would give her that one. She now has them both and the lady won't see either. They are from the same ash log and both turned to about 1/4". Measure about 15" across. Turned green, dried, and dyed brown to bring out the color, followed by black wax to fill the grain. Two coats of lacquer. Picture from her iPhone.

They are ash, but applied dye and wax to enhance color and grain. She probably leave them on the stands. I.would say they are shallow bowls.

Nice work , I learned about 6 years ago not to let on to the LOML what I was working on ... so I could sell it , well you know how that turned out eh ? So I got a dodge to show her while the real work was snuck out of the shop .. nope , didn't work , can't lie to SWMBO .....
