I have made a few Peppermills using the CrushGrind Click-In Mill Mechanism

From Craft supplies USA.

I dont like th e plug they suggest for the top.


Any ideas?

Not sure what you are referring to. Are you talking about the plastic insert the goes into the mill top?

They mill does not come apart to fill, it has a 1 1/16 hole in the top with a wooden plug with an O-ring to refill.
it is a real bear to get the fit just right.
