Hey creekers, a friend of mine brought me a pocket watch to engrave, and I'm a little unsure of the coating on the back. Figured I'd see if anyone here has seen the coating and if anyone knows if its safe to cermark.
The only thing I know about it is that its magnetic on the side I need to laser, but I don't know if thats from the components or the case.
Don't want to ruin a perfectly good watch if I don't have to...
