A few months ago, I had the great fortune of demonstrating for the Tucson, AZ club. Wally Dickerman had several pieces he had roughed out but wasn't going to finish, and wanted to get rid of them. I had the opportunity to end up with this Maple Burl. The roughing is Wally's. I finish turned it, then dyed with Aniline Dyes. About 10 coats of Danish Oil, then Beall Buffed. It is about 9" wide x 5" high. Critiques welcome.
