Does anyone know where to buy Nordfab at the best prices? I'm interested in small quantities.
I believe that Nordfab drop ships so location doesn't matter.

Thanks!

I used Air Cleaning Specialists (www dot ductingsystems dot com) and another company at www dot ductworkexperts dot com (having trouble accessing their website tonight). Both shipped most items from a warehouse in Las Vegas so they arrived to S. Cal pretty fast. The first company also made me custom pieces (imperial to metric) that made connecting Euro equipment pretty easy. The custom pieces were basically the same price as standard pieces, but took a little longer to arrive.

Not sure about best price but I get nordfab from mcmaster.com. I like them because I get stuff the next day. Must be close to their warehouse. Grizzly also sells it.

I think Nordfab does not sell directly but only through distributors, but that Nordfab maintains the warehouses throughout the country that the distributors all use. On the west coast we probably are usually serviced from the Las Vegas location for the routine, in stock items. My custom parts came from back East however.

I used ductworkexperts. Took a while to the east coast, but good customer service.

Mike,

Do you know if Grizzly in compatible with Nordfab? For example, could I mix Nordfab pipe with Grizzly branches?

Thanks,

Dennis

I thought I read you could but the parts I have are all Nordfab. When I was thinking of buying more I was planning to just order a clamp and a small part to test but I never did.

I believe a Nordfab rep once told me that they make the ducting for Grizzly. It's just not branded as Nordfab.

I had no idea the grizzly stuff wasn't nordfab. It looks actually like the stuff I get from mcmaster.com. Mcmaster doesn't call it nordfab either although the grizzly and mcmaster fittings are identical.

When I called nordfab they directed me to a local dealer. They said they don't deal directly with end users. They may make an exception if there are no dealers in your area.

FYI there are other companies that make similar snap duct type ductwork. I didn't do much comparison shopping. You may want to take a look.
