Just built my first set of glass doors and they came out ok. Need some help with cutting out the backs of the stiles and rails for the glass. I meant to cut out the back of the rails on the TS but forgot before gluing up the doors. Anyway, I ran a 1/4 inch rabbet bit with my router around the back and that did okay but I cut the grooves a bit deeper than 1/4 inch to give good support for the glass and some wiggle room for the glass measurements. I tried to run a flush trim bit around it but the bearing doesn't fit in the groove so it doesnt really do anything. Any advice?
