A tree fell on my roof in the storm Sunday night, quite a bit of damage. I cut the tree off the roof and temporarily patched the hole in a way that could make the winter if need be. It started to snow as I was finishing up Monday.

Tuesday at noon the adjuster was here, figured it out, presented me with her estimate which I knew was fair as I had already figured it out, and wrote me a check on the spot with a 33% holdback till the work is actually done.

I was more than happy with how they handled themselves, and Joan Tuttle, my adjuster was excellent.

Glad it worked out well for you. I have a lot of big branches down but none on the house. We had 80 mph gusts and it was a bit scary for awhile.

We really got lucky. Windy here but not so much as a stick laying in the yard. Northwest Ohio had 5 confirmed tornadoes. West Michigan, and apparently north were bad. The storm basically fell apart over us.
