i was givena tool from my dad yesterday that was given him by his great uncle, any way its old. i dont have a picture of it but i think i can describe it well enough to get some answers from you guys.. here goes the description..
it is around 4 inches long, has been hit with a steel hammer many times. the shank is square then goes into a half moon shape of a zig zag pattern and has the fraction of 3/4 stamped on its square shank. if had to quess it would say it might be a tin punch for doing decroative tin work like the some of the old kit cabinets had. its definatly not a leather tool, that i am sure of.. so go for it guys and enlightn me and if any of you have a place i could go on the net to look it up and see it i would appreciate that as well//thanks for the replies..
