Thats neat! Ill bet it was challenging even as an animation project - the animated plucking synchs pretty well to the audio.

Ill bet some clever woodworker could build the part you see in the vid. (I couldnt, but Ill bet some of the guys here could. )

Seems like the hard part would be the mechanism to read the music and move the arm/fingers. Though maybe with todays digital controls and servo motors, maybe even thats not quite a hard as it could be.
