Steve....your thumbnail shot at the bottom of the post shows a "bucket o pumpkin" and what looks like a bottle of bleach just to the right? Just curious what that was for? Going for the rare albino pumpkin effect? <grin> Or did it play a role in the engraving process or preservation of the pumpkin? Or perhaps Chloroxed Pepitos are a delicacy in your neck of the woods? <grin>

I've heard that the bleach water soak preserves the pumpkin for a couple of weeks.

Love the look and would love to try it sometime. Did you use a rotary attachment or burn it flat? What kind of settings did you use (if you are willing to share that info)?
