I posted a while back about building something for a school auction. I'm leaning toward a wine-themed donation. I'm thinking some of a wine server (the portable kind that holds a bottle and a couple glasses) a cheese cutting board, a turned stopper, and a nice box with 2 bottles of wine. I'd use an empty for displaying the server and stopper, then we'd buy a couple bottle for in the box.
Looking for ideas and not having much luck on google. I see lots of single-board deals that hang on the bottle and hold 2 glasses, and a couple other dated looking designs. Surely there's something classical or contemporary that would catch the eye of the mostly 30's - 40's, upper-middle-class crowd that will be at this auction.
