I am having power steering problems

I have a 03 gmc diesel 1 ton, it blew off the line to the steering box (slide on line with a clamp )lost all oil. Got home,rehooked line up and filled up oil. Ran truck, no niose from pump, no leaks, everything seems fine but, no power steering!! Belt fine, pulley turns without problem and none of the usual noises you would hear from the pump not working. Any ideas, need for work and I am baffled.

Did you bleed the lines?

Thanks John, sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees, or sometimes we,re just braindead. Never think of the obvious when one can make it more complicated, problem solved, back to work Thanks again
