With a nod to Phil Thien's setup, and the Peachtree dovetail clamps, here is what I have come up with.
This is the basic jig, with T' slots on all sides

On the left are clamps for three thickness's of wood....1/2", 5/8", and 3/4". On the right are two styles of stops for repeatability.
