Will the Trion 3-1/4HP router fit in the Jessem Mast R Lift II?

Michael,
From Jessem's MasterLift II page:
The Mast-R-Lift II works with the following router motors:
Porter Cable 7518/690/890
Bosch 1617/1618
DeWalt 610/618
Makita 1101
Hitachi M12VC & KM12VC
Milwaukee 5625/5615/5616/5619
Craftsman 17543/17540/28190
Rigid R29302
I would suggest calling them tomorrow at 866-272-7492 and ask them directly.

I have Jessem lifts but not Trion Routers.. I cant see how a molded body router would fit .. The lift seems to want a router motor only .. I use a PC7518 in one lift and a 690 in the other.. The motors slide out of the base..
Here's a pic of my lifts with routers installed ..

I believe the only lift still manufactured that will accept the Triton (or any plunge router) is the Xacta Lift (made by JessEm and sold by Jet/Powermatic). It's biggest disadvantage is its large plate size (14.75" X 11.75") Or chancing upon a used Woodpeckers Uni-Lift (standard plate sixe 9.25" X 11.25").
Doesn't the Triton have a best in class, if you will, built in lift mechanism?

Triton routers don't need a lift... there is one built in.
