Hi guys and gals, I finished a Box Elder form and put spray lacquer finish on it. Did not like the end result and sanded it off. Can I put poly on it now? Thanks.

I wouldn't be afraid to try it. Can't remember if I've ever done it though.

Yes, but what didnt you like about the spray lacquer?

You sure can and keep in mind that lacquer thinner will remove the lacquer in 1/10th of the time that sanding it back off took!

That's the price you pay when you're a rookie. And I guess I have to learn how to apply the lacquer, Thanks all.
