Segmented Bowl

I was lucky enough to take a segmented turning class taught by Malcolm Tibbetts at Marc Adams School of Woodworking a couple of weeks ago. It was a great class and I learned a lot. Here is the bowl that I started in class and I was able to finish it today. The bowl measures 11 inches wide and nearly 10 inches tall with wall thickness of about 3/8 and has 211 pieces. It was a fun project and probably the biggest item I have ever turned.
