Laminated bow arm question (The Great Morris Chair project)

I've been building a Morris chair for the better part of 3-4 yrs. :D The thread that was started back in 08 has been very insightful. Thanks Walt!

Cut to the chase......there's quite a glue dance to get all the components of the bow arm clamped together before said glue sets up, sounds spooky to me. Is there any reason that this couldn't be done two boards at a time, then another clamping session?

What am I missing?

Hi Bernie, I glued up one side of my chairs at a time, the arm, 2 legs, stretchers and pickets.

It was no issue, Diann helped which made the job go faster................Rod.
