You're probably wondering what the hole in the Sheetrock is. It's an excuse to create a panel duplicating Steve Bisco's carving from his book "twenty carving projects in period styles". The panel covers the hole and still allows access to cabling via French cleat. A friends comment about the placement; "that doesn't look random at all!" Oi.

Oh sorry. The wood is Spanish cedar. This size is 9 x12 x 3/4".
