A "Sweet" Gloat

Picked up these type 1 rule joint planes by the maker of Moses Sweet 1826-43 of Pittsfield, MA. They are for making a 1/2" rule joint, since they are not fenced you have to work from a rabbet and to a line. Looking forward to putting them back to work!

Thanks Jim, I was hoping to find a fenced pair, but they are rarer then hens teeth, let alone I was lucky to find this matched pair.

Absolutely! As soon as my back heals and the shop is finished, having the floor poured next week, hopefully back on my feet then as well.
