Is there a Forstner bit made that is about the same size as a standard round medicine bottle lid?

Most likely, but you are going to have to measure the medicine bottle cap before you can find out.
We can't even see it from where we are, and there are many sizes of medicine bottles and caps out there.

Forstner bits are readily available in sizes from 1/2" up to 3 1/2" in 1/8" increments and they are also available in metric, although not quite as readily available in all metric sizes in the US. If you were willing to order one, then you could likely get anything that you want in a week or so.

What size do you need?

I had the 1/4 to 2 1/8" by 1/8" set for several years and about 8 years back picked up a set of the /16" to fill the gap. It was a Chinese cheap set from one of the hardware houses on deal, but serves the purpose when the 16th s needed. I have to say that a lot of drill bits in both sets have never touched wood, but the sets are sure nice when you need them.

OK, I checked the Grizzly tool catalog. They have that size Forstner bit and one just a tad bit bigger. Now the confusing part...

They also have Forstner bits in METRIC SIZES !! What size would 2 1/8 " be in Metric ??

approximately 54mm Clarence.

25.4 mm/inch.....times 2.125" = 53.975mm or approximately 54mm

Metric conversion uses ".03937"

As an example, 1.00 in. / .03937 = 25.40 mm
(inches divided by .03937 to find millimeters)

2.125" / .03937 = 53.97, or 54 mm

Going the other way, millimeters to find inches, just multiply by the same.
54 mm x .03937 = 2.126 in.

Do you have a conversion table available? That's all you need to answer you own question.
