Grizzly ZCI for G0691 Table Saw

I bought a Phenolic Zero Clearance Insert for my Grizzly G0691 Table Saw from them shortly after I bought the saw in 2008. Although the ZCI works, it was milled wrong. I can’t raise the blade all the way up because the cutout for the quick release riving knife that this saw has, is in the wrong location. Has anyone else purchased one of these Phenolic inserts and discovered the same problem? As you can see in the picture, the cutout is pretty much in the center of the insert and it should be where I drew the lines.
