Can someone please tell me how to weld an object in a circle?

From memory only, -Select the objects you want to weld, Click on "Arrange" at the top menu. "Shape", "Weld". Take a break and enjoy your favorite beverage.

A great to to do similar things without thing too much is the "Virtual Segment" tool. Search you tube and Im sure it will explain it easily.
