Hi all!
I need help I'm looking to purchase a laser machine from china. I need one that can cut wood at least 1/4" thick to make monograms. I can't spend more the $2000.00 total (unreasonable??) Redsail, K40, SH-G350D, which one will do the job? Any other suggestions?
Thanks

To keep it under $2k all inclusive, I think your only hope is to pick up one of those small 40W machines off of eBay. I don't think you're going to be overly happy with the cut quality on 1/4"+ stock, but that's a personal decision.

I hope you are well versed in trouble shooting electronics and instructions that are basically nonexistent. For both the machine and the software. Please research these machines before sending money. The internet is filled with folks that have had trouble, and quite a few that have not been able to get them to work. These are not plug and play. Consider the USA equivalent is over $10,000. Think you will get the equivalent machine for $500 plus shipping?
