This is a jar I finished recently. I thought I'd post it in response to Bill Wyko's question about natural edges. This was a dry log and the bark was not only loose but had a little bug action going in a few spots. This took about an ounce or so of CA to saturate the bark and keep it from popping off. It's about 6" diameter and 8.5" tall.

Sweet.

Thinking natural edge, the thought was the bark would be at the rim. Nice twist on the 'edge' part.

Curt, that's really cool, I haven't seen NE done in this fashion before. A great adaptation on the NE.

Call it what you will, but that's a beautiful piece!! I love it!!
