Finding Curly Birch

When at my wits end I figured I should ask everyone here if they could point me in the right direction or had any ideas. I'm trying to find a supply of Curly or flaming birch and if possible in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area. Does anyone have any ideas or leads? Thanks in advance.

Find a local AAW chapter and contact the President and have them pass the word around your looking for that particular type wood. woodturner.org lists all the chapters by location.

Try bob@bobkloes.com. I have gotten some excellent flame birch from him. He is in Wisconsin. He also has a large selection of a lot of wood. Great guy to deal with also.
